ripe products are handmade in small batches with mainly natural, high quality body-safe ingredients, no unnecessary preservatives, no dyes, and no animal testing.

ripe products containing fragrance oils are made with high quality, body-safe, fine fragrance oils that are either natural or a mix of synthetic and natural, so they will irritate you if you are sensitive to fragrance. If a product is vegan (which means no animal products, including beeswax), it is noted as such.

PAYMENT

ripe accepts PayPal with or without an existing account - so you can safely pay via your existing PayPal account or as a Guest Checkout using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via USPS mail approximately twice a week. In most cases your order will ship 3 to 5 business days after it was placed.

Shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days when shipping to the United States, and the time frame can be from 1 to 2 weeks or more for international orders.

Your order will ship to the address you specify at the time of check out via PayPal, please make sure it is correct.

ripe does not offer refunds for lost or damaged items in most cases, but please contact us as soon as possible if something does arrive damaged or does not arrive. Take pictures of any damaged items and send them within 24 hours of receipt as your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

International Buyers:
If you are in a country that is not listed for available shipment, please contact us.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. We use as little packaging materials as possible and we do re-use packing materials when we can. The mailer your order comes in is recyclable and the muslin bag can be re-used as a sachet or for storage of small items. Also, all of ripe's product containers are recycle friendly.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns. Please be aware that a fragrance or flavor scent may differ in smell according to each individual, especially with varying pH levels on the skin and descriptions are merely there to give you an idea of what an item may smell of (everyone's olfactory perception is different!).

A one-time exchange or return is possible for perfume oils only. The bottle must be unopened with the shrink wrap intact. Once we receive the item we will exchange it for another perfume oil of the same price or take it back and refund the purchase price minus a re-stocking fee. Buyer is responsible for both return shipping and exchange shipping costs.

Batches of products will often vary from batch to batch because of their handmade nature. If you have any problem whatsoever with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right, as again, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

ADDITIONAL

At this time customized blends are not available and some flavors or fragrances may not be available at all times as we work in small batches.

We can create a custom listing for larger quantities above what is offered in store at a discount depending on the availability of raw ingredients. Please contact us if you are interested in this.

Fragrance samples are no longer available as of August 2013. We have tried to be as thorough as possible in scent descriptions (with the understanding that fragrances will differ on every individual), so if you have any questions regarding any particular fragrance or fragrances before ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
